How to connect

  1. Open Claude Settings → Connectors
  2. Find Zendesk in the directory
  3. Authorize via Zendesk OAuth and enter your subdomain
  4. Start using Zendesk commands in any Cowork conversation

Default permissions

  • Read access to tickets, users, and knowledge base
  • Write access to tickets and articles you have permission to edit
  • No access to admin or billing settings
