DMCA takedown notice
What to include
1. Identification of the copyrighted work
Describe the work you own the copyright to.
2. Location of infringing content
Provide the specific URL(s) where the infringing content appears on ClaudeCowork.
3. Your contact information
Include your name, address, phone number, and email.
4. Statement of good faith
Confirm you have a good faith belief that the content is infringing and not authorized by the copyright holder.
5. Statement under penalty of perjury
Include the following statement: "I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
6. Digital signature
Sign the notice (electronic signature is acceptable).
Our response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- • Notify the content uploader if applicable
- • Preserve evidence for potential legal proceedings
Counter-notice
If content was removed in error, the uploader can file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- • Identification of the removed content
- • Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error
- • Your name, address, phone, and email
- • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court
- • Your digital signature
We'll restore the content if a valid counter-notice is received, unless the claimant files a lawsuit.
